Simon Olsen is a songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist originally from Sydney, Australia now based in New York City.

He began his career performing with bands at the early age of 14 and 17yrs old was headhunted by Sony Music Australia for the role of video librarian at the national head office. After 2 years of learning the “Ins and outs” of the music industry and completing a Marketing Certificate at Sydney TAFE College, Olsen realized his calling was on the creative side of the music industry. He departed from Sony to pursue a fulltime music career of his own.

Since 2001 he has co-written, recorded and produced for different artists and bands from record labels such as Universal, Sony Music and MGM Distribution and has performed live at Festivals, Radio and Television stations with artists and bands in over 16 countries. Olsen has held production workshops for Mac and Garageband at Sydney’s Apple Store and reviewed new Gibson guitar technology for ‘Australian Guitar Magazine’ and Australian TV stations ‘ABC’ and ‘CH7’.

He recently completed a Diploma of Music at Sydney TAFE College in 2014 and completed a series of production courses at Dubspot in New York City in 2015 covering Sound Design, Ableton and Mixing & Mastering. It was after completing these courses in New York City that the framework for Arko Creative, Inc was formed.

He is an active member of music associations ASCAP as well as APRA and the PPCA in Australia.

Aisha Kamara is an award winning actress and Filmmaker. She has been working in the film industry for about almost a decade. She started as an actress and starred in the award winning Australian drama 'East West 101' (aired on SBS) and the ABC drama 'Crownies'.

She was the winner of 'TropWest' 2010 and host of the television show 'Chatterbox' on Aurora TV. After graduating from SAE Institute with a Bachelor Degree in Film Production in 2013. Aisha starred in her first Nollywood feature film 'Reflections' which earned her an AMVCA nomination in 2015 and won the GIAMA Award for Best New Actress (in a leading role) in 2016.

Aisha has also won other numerous awards such as the AAMMA award for Best Breakthrough Actress and an SLYG award for Young Person of the Year 2014. Kamara was the associate producer of a web series called 'PostLife' and co-producer of an AFTRS short, 'I Am Emmanuel' which has been nominated for Palm Springs International ShortFest  and more, the film also won numerous international awards  Her credits go on.

Aisha Kamara has now joined the Arko Creative team in NYC to lead the Film department as Creative Producer.
